A 4 ounce prime beef pattie is placed on a 450-500 degree griddle and cooked to medium
Kraft American cheese is placed on the top and between each pattie
While the pattie is resting for several minutes the buns are toasted under the salamander
It is now time to dress the cheeseburger with a mixure of lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and house made pickles.
You can also add a fried egg, thick-cut peppered bacon or a three ounce slab of foie gras
