It is all about the bones. The bones are cooked for 18 hours, producing a traditional Tonkotsu-style broth.
All of their High Five signature bowls have a rich, creamy Tonkotsu miso broth served with sliced pork belly, alkaline noodles, seasoned egg, black garlic oil, locally grown bean sprouts and fresh scallions. The difference is the amount of heat you choose.
Their full spice High Five bowl represents thousands of trials, years of exploration, heated debates and a very deliberate decision to offer the full spice ramen. This bowl will more than likely produce pain, sweating, discomfort and deep regret, followed by pure euphoria.
The half spice High Five bowl is spicy but not debilitating. It is ideal for heat seekers with a lower tolerance.
No spice High Five bowl a wise choice for beginners. It offers all of the above same bold flavors without the burn.
Their bar serves a selection of Japanese beer, sake, whiskey, and sweet slushies.
