Stephanie Izard and the Bocca Group have another hit by blending Chef Stephanie’s take on traditional and regional Chinese dishes. Inspired by America’s numerous Chinatowns and weeks of travel throughout China, Stephanie learned to make noodles from a Chinese noodle master. All of the noodles at Duck Duck Goat are made in-house. That includes "slap noodles," hand-pulled noodles that are slapped onto surfaces as they are made.
This 100-seat restaurant is an immersion into the Chinese culture, with five distinct designs including a room inspired from the Chinese tea culture and another room from the 40 and 50’s.
Back Seat Reviewer's recommendations: Noodles, pekin duck, crab rangoon, duck fried rice, bone-marrow pot stickers, octopus, cucumber and peanut salad.
