Momotaro is another great restaurant from the Boca group.
While respecting the cultural heritage of Japan and recognizing the contemporary methods that have evolved, Momotaro has skillfully combined these two methods for a pleasurable dining experience.
Sparing no expense on the decor with world-renowned restaurant designers, Momotaro has achieved an award winning restaurant The main floor features distinct stations for their unique and exceptional sushi program and their Robata grill. The Robata grill uses a special white charcoal imported from Japan that heats to 1,000 degrees.
Robata means "fireside cooking" in Japanese. Robata grilling started in northern Japan and has a much longer history and tradition than Sushi.
All of their meats, fish and vegetables are seasonally, Japanese and locally sourced.
Their Japanize inspired lounge is located on the subterranean level of Momotaro. Its shared-plates pub-inspired menu echoes a Tokyo street scene featuring crafted cocktails, sakes, and a quality selection of Japanese whiskeys.
