Restaurant Ecuador opened its doors in 1985, offering authentic Ecuadorian cuisine. This small eatery serves delicious seafood and meat dishes from the Ecuadorian coast to the mountains. Highly recommended is their traditional dish, llapingacho: potato pancakes, crisp on the outside and creamy inside, served with two fried eggs and topped with peanut sauce. It is served with steak, lettuce, tomatoes and white rice.
