Wasabi is one of few Japanese owned restaurants in Chicago that offers a full range of both traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine to bring an unique Japanese dining experience. Small plates (Izakaya-style) that pay homage to the likes of tofu, grilled skewers, an authentic Japanese ramen made from boiling pork bones for days. Wasabi uses the freshest and highest quality ingredients. All seafood is flown in fresh on a daily basis from all over the world, including Tsukiji market in Tokyo.

What makes Wasabi Ramen so delicious?
Their tonkotsu (pork bone) broth is made with highest quality ingredients and pork bones. The entire cooking process takes more than 45+ hours that results in a rich and creamy white broth. Wasabi only uses 100% certified Berkshire (kurobuta pork), recognized for its juiciness, superior taste and tenderness. Berkshire pork is prized as much as Kobe beef because of its extraordinary intramuscular marbling and flavor.
